Terms and Conditions of Website Use 

1. Data controller processor

CSCF is a non-profit organization that works to protect sport from negative aspects including manipulations in sport, corruption and fraud through collaboration with respected and experienced experts, athletes, sport officials, law enforcement, governmental officers and judiciary. The Responsible Person shall take responsibility for CSCF’s ongoing compliance with this policy.

2. Lawful purposes and Data Subject Rights

a. All data processed by CSCFmust be done on one of the following lawful bases: consent, contract, legal obligation, vital interests, public task or legitimate interests. The appropriate lawful basis shall be noted in the Audit Table.

b. CSCF shall ensure that personal data are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed. The types of data collected shall be noted in the Audit Table.

c. CSCF shall take reasonable steps to ensure personal data is accurate. Where necessary for the lawful basis on which data is processed, steps shall be put in place to ensure that personal data is kept up to date.

d. Where consent is relied upon as a lawful basis for processing data, evidence of opt-in consent shall be kept with the personal data.

e. Where performance of a contractual obligation is relied upon as a lawful basis for data processing, CSCF will process data as necessary in furtherance of its reporting obligations for grant-funded projects.

f. Where communications are sent to individuals based on their consent, the option for the individual to revoke their consent should be clearly available and CSCF will ensure such revocation is reflected accurately in CSCF’ssystems.
